READ IT BECAUSE
There are many paths to damnation, and these novels explore just a few of them, chronicling the exploits of notorious renegades from the Traitor Legions.
THE STORY
Insidious is the allure of Chaos. Power, revenge, immortality… the road to damnation is paved with such false promises, and none who have trod this path are as infamous as the Heretic Astartes. They are the Chaos Space Marines, once noble warriors who rebelled against the Emperor, embracing the darkness in their desire for strength, and in turn becoming its slaves.
They are champions of corruption, wrath and perversion, the foremost warriors of the Dark Gods, and in battle they have few equals. Forever fighting the so-called ‘Long War’, they will not rest until reality itself collapses, plunging the galaxy into a hellish realm of which there is no escape.
This book contains the following three novels:
– Lucius: The Faultless Blade by Ian St. Martin
– Khârn: Eater of Worlds by Anthony Reynolds
– Sons of the Hydra by Rob Sanders
Also includes is the short story Lucius: Pride and Fall by Ian St. Martin
In the hellish close confines of the space hulk Gallowdark, elite kill teams stalk each other through haunted corridors. Millenia ago, an Imperial Inquisitor and a regiment of loyal Cadian Kasrkin recovered an ancient xenos artefact, but their ship was lost in the warp and fused with the colossal floating mass of Gallowdark. Only a few years have passed for the Kasrkin survivors trapped within its time-bending mass, though thousands have gone by in the galaxy outside. Now, the Necron owners of that relic have awoken from eons of slumber – and Technomancer Hamanet the Relentless of the Tsarakura Dynasty will stop at nothing to reclaim his lost creation.
This is the paperback Kill Team supplement originally found in the Kill Team: Shadowvaults boxed set, now available on its own. Inside these 120 pages, you’ll find full rules and background for both the elite Kasrkin and calculating Hierotek Circle kill teams, datacards (including fillable blanks to copy), Tac Ops and Ploys, equipment lists, and Spec Ops rules including Rare Equipment and Battle Honours.
Also contained within is a lore guide to the shadowy depths of the Gallowdark, Close Quarters rules for fighting in space hulks, full killzone rules for using the Gallowdark terrain set alongside Shadowvaults terrain pieces, and the Shadow Operations: Shadowvaults Mission Pack and Critical Operations: Gallowdark Mission Pack, which together offer 18 missions and stealthy Infiltration rules for use in your games of Kill Team, playable with any faction.
You’ll need a copy of Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team Core Book to make full use of this supplement.

Sky-hunters are feared strike units, mounted atop sophisticated and powerful jetbikes. These high-speed craft are more akin to compact aircraft than ground bikes – propelled across the battlefield by jet engines with grav-impellor assistance, they can maintain great speeds for extended periods of low-altitude flight. The jetbike’s lift-strength is enough to carry an armoured Space Marine and his wargear along with a variety of heavy weapons mounts and stocks of ammunition, giving the Sky-hunters access to extremely potent, highly mobile firepower.
This multipart plastic kit builds three Sky-hunters – skilled Legionaries mounted on high-speed jetbikes. Each bike can be armed with a choice of heavy bolter, multi-melta, plasma cannon, or volkite culverin, and comes with optional sigils for Loyalists and Traitors, as well as accessories such as pistol holsters, sheathed chainswords, and an augur device and stowed helmet.
